This Sake has a fresh nose of tropical fruit with delicate citrus notes and a hint of vanilla. The mouthfeel is clear with slight notes of gooseberry & passionfruit. It finishes with well balanced acidity & smooth creaminess. Catskills is unpasteurized and undiluted but very elegant nontheless. The name refers to the catskills mountains southwest from the city which serves as Brooklyn Kura's water source.
