Building on more than 1,000 years of Japanese brewing history, the Brian Polen & Brandon Doughan are demystifying Sake & making it more accessible. All their sake is brewed right in New York City, hand-crafted in small quantities & limited releases. The brewing water is spring water from the catskill mountain southwest from the city & highest quality rice from California.
